Dear Fellow Parishioners,
During this time of “shelter in place,” many of us face serious challenges related to our health, our jobs, and the care of loved ones. We have also had time to think about the most important things in life: our faith, family and friends. There is no better time to reflect prayerfully on the power of the Cross, and on the joy and hope of Resurrection, which Holy Week and Easter bring.
This will be the first time in nearly a century that our beautiful church will fall largely silent during Holy Week and Easter. However, Fr. David and I will continue to offer on-line Masses for your intentions, in English and Spanish. These will include Palm Sunday, Holy Thursday and Easter Sunday.
Our dedicated staff has kept our office open for business by phone and e-mail. Fr. David and I have spoken personally with many of you, and you continue to be in our prayers and Masses.
On behalf of Fr. David, Deacon Jim and our entire parish staff, please be assured of our prayers for all of you, for a fruitful Holy Week and a blessed, joyous Easter 2020.
Rev. William Donahue
