Small Christian Communities, represent an ongoing effort among parishioners to gather at home in small groups and reflect upon how the scriptures apply to their daily, personal lives.

Commonly known as “faith sharing,” this concept has its roots in the early Church, when believers “broke open” Christ’s teachings in the context of community and mutual faith. Small Christian Communities are the modern version of the domestic Church. They developed out of St. Vincent’s five-season Renew effort in 1997-1999 and form a strong foundation for the life of our parish. Small groups meet on various days, times, monthly and weekly during the holy seasons of Advent and Lent.
